VISA TO INDIA 

Please send or bring the following documents to our office at

TOURIST

1.  Passport with at least six months validity and two blank visa pages

                 If you don't have available visa pages, please click here.

              If you don't have at least  6 month validity on your passport, please click here.

2.  Visa application form

IMPORTANT

-Application must be printed single-sided on 2 pages.

-Please be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport.

-Please be sure to fill in all three phone numbers (home, work, and cell) Do not leave anything blank.

-Please be careful not to make any mistakes; it could delay the processing of your application.

3.  Two passport photos (can be taken at our office if you come in person)

4.  Proof of residence (photocopy of driver's license or utility bill i.e. water, gas, electric) address on application needs to match the address on proof of residence.

5.  If you are a naturalized citizen, a copy of your naturalization certificate is required.

6.  Application fee:               Application fee will be the amount printed across                                             the top of the application form + $13

7.  Courier fee:                     $165

       Above fees include photos and all shipping charges and are payable by cash, check, or credit card.

BUSINESS

Items 1-7 above plus:

a. Letter from your company requesting either one, five, or ten year visa, click here for sample letter

b. Letter of invitation from India, requesting one, five, or ten year visa (can be e-mailed or faxed)

Both above letters need to request same validity visa and match your application.

Please note:

Foreign nationals require the same as above plus a notarized copy of green card or visa in U.S. and original I-94

Minors require same as above plus:  copy of birth certificate and copy of  both parents' IDs and passports

Applicant of Indian origin require additional documentation.  If this is your case, please contact us for special instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: PROCESSING TIMES, REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION, AND FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

 If you wish to pay with a credit card and are unable to bring the card to our office, please fill out the Credit card Authorization Form.

 If you would like your visa to be shipped to you directly, please provide us with a return airbill or fill out the Return Shipping Instructions.
