If you would like your documents to be shipped to you directly, please provide us with a FedEx return airbill or fill out the return shipping information below. Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a residential address and no one is available to sign for your package, FedEx may leave it at the door. Passport Express is not responsible for lost packages left at the door.
