VISA TO RUSSIA 

Please send or bring the following documents to our office at

TOURIST

1.  Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages

              If you don't have available visa pages, please click here.

              If you don't have at least  6 month validity on your passport, please click here.

2.  Visa application form

IMPORTANT

Filling out and printing your application:

      -Visas applications must be submitted to the consulate within 30 days of the travel date.

      -After registration, please make a note of the DECLARANT ID and PASSWORD in case your

        application deeds to be edited on later date (password is case sensitive)           

      -When asked for your name, "patropnymic" means middle name. Match it with your passport exactly.

      -For any blank fields, enter "N/A"

      -Please be sure to follow the printing instructions on the application form.  The consulate will reject

       any application that is not printed accordingly. 

     -Sign and date your application using a black pen.  Be sure to use date format (dd/mm/yy). 

3.  Hotel voucher & Hotel confirmation with official seal

4.  One passport photo (can be taken at our office if you come in person)

5.  Application fee:               $140 (Single or Double Entry -- 6-20 days processing)

                                             $250 (Single or Double Entry -- 4-5 days processing)

                                             $150 (multiple Entry -- 6-20 days processing)

                                             $450 (Multiple Entry -- 4-5 days processing) 

6.  Courier fee:                      $110 (6-20 days processing)

                                             $125 (4-5 days processing)

       Above fees include photos and all shipping charges and are payable by cash, check, or credit card.

Please note:

* For double entry visas, both trip must be reflected in hotel confirmation/voucher

* Foreign Nationals require the same as above plus notarized copy of green card or visa in U.S. and original I-94. Be sure to fill out the corresponding application form.  Processing times may differ.

BUSINESS

All above documents, instead of Hotel Confirmation/Voucher need a Letter of invitation issued and stamped by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (can be e mailed or faxed)

* For double entry visas, invitation letter must request it.

* For multiple entry visas, invitation letter must be original.  Also, need two application forms and two photos.

PLEASE NOTE: PROCESSING TIMES, REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION, AND FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

 If you wish to pay with a credit card and are unable to bring the card to our office, please fill out the Credit card Authorization Form.

 If you would like your visa to be shipped to you directly, please provide us with a return airbill or fill out the Return Shipping Instructions.
